Terms of Service

Sakura lets you monitor and continue AI coding sessions (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode) running on your own computer, from your phone, over a private network. You are responsible for those agents, the API keys or subscriptions they use, and any costs and output they generate.

You may sign in with Apple or Google, or use the app as a guest. You are responsible for keeping your account and your devices secure, and for the activity that happens through them. Provide accurate information when signing in.

• Don't use the Service for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Don't abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the network or infrastructure.
• Don't attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Don't reverse engineer the Service to cause harm or circumvent security.

Sakura may be provided to you as a pre-release / beta build (for example, through TestFlight). Beta software is provided “as is,” may be incomplete or unstable, and may change or stop working at any time. Feedback you submit may be used to improve the Service.

Your use of the underlying coding agents and AI models (such as Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's models, and others) is governed by those providers' own terms, and you supply your own credentials for them. Sakura is not responsible for third-party services.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nisarg Thakkar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
